8th was a bright November morning in Tata Sports Auditorium. Two
of our units initiated the students with
Yoga. Yoga is a traditional Indian approach for holistic health of mind and
body. Yoga is excellent for keep anxiety and depression away apart from
physical health. After the training the students are inquisitive about Yoga and
the very next day some of them voluntarily assembled to clear their doubts from the experienced tutor. Few photographs and a video

15th was a chilly November morning. We assembled at Jnan
Ghosh Stadium. The session started in time (5:45AM). The
students were enthusiast and joined in the ground ignoring the cold weather. The
last class of the autumn semester was significant from another respect. One of
our student conducted the session for first 25 minutes. Few pictures of this
