Sessions: 11th and 14th October 2017

We assembled in the Jnan Ghosh stadium on wednesday, 11th October and saturday, 14th October at 5:30 AM. The students organised themselves into their Units and participated in exercises. A few images of the activity are given below.

This saturday, we did not have the regular early morning field activity. Instead, we met in the evening at 4:30 PM in TOAT to participate in a workshop on STRESS MANAGEMENT through 'SAHAJA YOGA MEDITATION'.

This activity has been organised with the motive to help all of us to alleviate stress-related problems and illnesses including depression. It makes one achieve a better work-life balance, and establishes peace, joy and satisfaction within. Below are a few photographs of this session.

After the mid-autumn semester examinations and a long  Autumn break, we assembled in the Jnan Ghosh stadium on wednesday, 4th October at 5:30 AM. The students organised themselves unit-wise in the field and participated in exercises. A few images of the activity are given below.
