This saturday, we did not have the regular early morning field activity. Instead, we met in the evening at 4:30 PM in TOAT to participate in a workshop on STRESS MANAGEMENT through 'SAHAJA YOGA MEDITATION'.
This activity has been organised with the motive to help all of us to alleviate stress-related problems and illnesses including depression. It makes one achieve a better work-life balance, and establishes peace, joy and satisfaction within. Below are a few photographs of this session.
