On 28th Oct 2017 (saturday), we assembled in the Jnan Ghosh stadium for a Yoga session for all the units. The students arrived with their Yoga mat / bedsheet to perform Yoga on. This session was conducted by Prof. Amit Ghosh from the School of Energy Science and Engineering (NSO (H&F) Program Officer, Unit 7). The class began at 5:45 AM and lasted for an hour. Suryanamaskars were performed followed by relaxation and breathing exercises.
