On 24th and 25th March 2018, meditation sessions were organised by Heartfulness Meditation in front of TSG at 5:45 AM.
Meditation is a state of intense awareness of the Divinity within achieved by stilling and regulating our thoughts. It’s a journey from the outer noise to the inner Silence in the core of our very beings. Silence, being the language of God, helps us unlearn those negative habits and attitudes that keep us from experiencing our natural state of expanded awareness.

Within the larger ambit of Meditation, Heartfulness (www.heartfulness.org) is a process staged through a perfectly Natural Path where we very easily Learn how to Meditate. Heartfulness Meditation helps us unlearn those negative habits and attitudes that keep us from experiencing our Natural state of expanded awareness. Deeper states of meditation come automatically as regular practice of Meditation helps us peel away layers of stress, depression, and procrastination that prevent us from achieving Inner well-being and Happiness.
