Unit 3,6 and 10 of NSO (H&F) conducted Special Activity: Martial
arts-- Karate. The training was given by Mr. Kishore Kumar Pandit (Black belt)
and his team of 3 members on 5th March 2016. Unit 3 and 10 assembled at Tata
Sports Ground (Near Tikka) at 6:00 AM. For them Session 1 ( 6 AM to 7 AM) was
conducted and after a break of 15 minutes Session 2 ( 7.15 AM to 8.15 AM) was
conducted. Unit 6 assembled at Tata Sports Ground (Near Tikka) at 4:00 PM. For
them Session 3 and 4 was conducted by Mr. Kishore Kumar Pandit and his team.
Refreshments was also given to all students after the sessions. Few photos of
