This week we have assembled in the Jnan Ghosh stadium on Wednesday and Saturday at morning 05:30 AM. We had a good one hour of exercises on Wednesday. On Saturday, we started with some basic stretching exercises for a few minutes and then had the second session of introductory Aerobics by Mr Deep Roy.
